And so it continues

After all my good work last week and extra exercise, I was really disappointed last night to go and get weighed and find out I had gained half a pound! Anyway I came home, had a healthy tea and a little bit of chocolate to keep me going. I made a new plan, sorted out my food diary and decided that maybe I need to reduce my portion sizes. So I've got a plate I can use which is slightly smaller than our usual dinner plates. I'm going to try and put my meals on that instead. I'm also going to ensure drink 2 litres of water each day. Hoping that next week the scales will be a little kinder to me.
